Roll your meeples like dice. How they land is what they do.
Standard wooden meeples don’t fall fair. Drop a fistful and roughly 50% land face-down, 35% on their side, and 15% standing up. That asymmetry is the engine of the mechanic.
To balance the system, the rare orientations win on smaller margins. Judging is a three-step ladder:
· Face-down — whoever has more wins, but only if their lead is 3 or more.
· Sideways — next tiebreaker, lead of 2 or more.
· Standing — final tiebreaker, lead of 1 or more.
· Otherwise — the round is a draw.
Each round you roll your meeples, take a handful of actions (reposition or re-roll), then pick a subset to commit. Your opponent does the same. Reveal, then judge step by step.
